BRINE MANGO PROCESS

Fresh and high-quality mangoes are carefully picked, chosen and checked for any signs of bruising or spoilage before processing. Green, unripe and firm mangoes are used to make the brine to ensure for the best texture and flavor. The mangoes are then washed, cleaned and rinsed well. After that, the mangoes are cut on both sides before slicing each mangoes into thick slivers. Following that, the mangoes are placed in a drum (container) mixed with a generous amount of salt.

BRINE lime PROCESS

Fresh and high-quality limes are carefully picked, chosen and checked for any signs of bruising or spoilage – a thorough internal QC checking before processing. After that, the limes are washed and cut into slivers. Following that, the limes are blended together with salt and water until the salt is completely dissolved. After that, the limes are added to in a drum (container) to let the limes to ferment.

Overview

Mango and Lime chunks in brine is a condiment made with raw mangoes and limes soaked in salt water. Our brine mangoes are made with premium quality and made with natural ingredients. We do not add any artificial coloring or preservatives.

Application

Our vegetable brine processed in 10% salt water can be consumed directly and our vegetable brine processed in 15% salt water is mainly used for processing pickles, food pastes, etc.
